Obesity causes illness, disability, and early death. Do not enter.
It is no secret being overweight is bad for your health. A wealth of medical information is available directly correlating obesity to high blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes, arteriosclerosis, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and joint pain. The list goes on. These facts are not myths or old wives’ tales; they are reality.
Reaching your ideal weight has the potential to minimize or eliminate many of the health problems you have brought upon yourself. Don’t feel guilty that you have risked good health by prioritizing poor eating habits. Reverse that process, and rejuvenate your perspective, by focusing on reaching your ideal weight as soon as possible.
The benefits are many, physical and psychological. Picture yourself achieving your goal quickly. What will this do for your appearance, your self-confidence, your health, and your self- image? Proving to yourself you have control of your eating habits will take you to great places. Memorable days of being trim and fit. Or will it take you to a place you have never been?
You can gain control of your eating habits. The physical and psychological changes you experience after a few weeks of strictly adhering to Z will motivate you. Enlighten you. Your mentor will encourage and guide you. I will provide more on mentors later; it is powerful stuff.
Being overweight affects us in negative ways. Get to your ideal weight. Make it your number one priority. Your life depends on it.
I ask you this question. Does the perceived pain of reaching your ideal weight outweigh the pain of your current risks: physical, psychological, and emotional? How much pain has being overweight caused in your life?
This weight loss program is a relatively short-term approach aimed at reversing years of self-abuse. I was obese on January 16th, 2005. I was fifty two pounds overweight. On March 13th, 2005, I reached my goal in only eight weeks. I enjoyed every minute of it. What I did was more successful than anything I had ever learned. Whether or not my back problems improve as a result of weight loss is unknown at this time. In any case, I feel great about the healthier condition of my body as a whole. Consider the certainty of how getting to Z would change your life.
